Celebrities’ Weight Loss and Transformations: Before and After Pictures

“Today, I am down a total of 43 pounds! Only 7 more pounds until I’ve shed the 50 my doctor told me to lose following the heart attack,” the Weight Watchers ambassador, 47, captioned an Instagram pic on Wednesday, June 13, crediting magician Penn Jillette and Ray Cronise for kickstarting his weight loss, and Weight Watchers for helping him slim down. “This #wwambassador is now at the absolute thinnest I’ve been since I finished high school! And while I may look a little better, I FEEL f—king fantastic! It’ll be a few weeks, but I’m ready to lose that final 7 points! And when I hit my goal, I’ll let you know where I started.”

Smith made headlines in February after revealing that he experienced a “massive” heart attack backstage at an L.A. comedy show. He recently showed off his weight loss in May, telling his 1.2 million Instagram followers that he’s lost 32 lbs since the traumatic experience.

“For me, food was not like fuel. It wasn’t, like, you eat food because it powers your body and you move on,” he said at the time. “I’m an American who grew up in the ‘70s when America figured out, if we start putting more sugar in everything, they’ll buy it. So sugar starts showing up in the bread and everything.”

Smith added that he didn’t think he was having a heart attack when it happened, given that he lost 85 lbs three years ago after cutting sugar out of his diet entirely. “I was sweaty, I thought I couldn’t catch my breath, I felt nauseated, but I didn’t think of those as heart attack symptoms,” he explained. “I couldn’t piece it together, but that’s me being incredibly stupid because my mom has two stents in her heart and my father died of a massive heart attack at 67.”

Will Smith FINALLY Addresses Jada Pinkett Smith Divorce Rumors

It seems like no one can ever leave Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith alone. When it isn't those pesky swinging rumors, it's divorce rumors.

Will  has had it up to here with people speculating that his healthy marriage is on its last leg.

So he's slamming haters and speculators in a new rap. Take a look!

Will smith and jada pinkett smith red carpet pic

You may not be aware, but Will Smith appears to be some sort of social media savant. He's a natural.

This is, suffice it to say, unusual in his age demographic. Will is 49.

But as much of a delight as he is on Instagram, it's a new YouTube video that he shared this week that has our attention.

It has been 13 years since his last album, Lost and Found.

But now he's giving fans a preview of his new song, "To the Clique."

In the video, Will raps:

"20 years of swag y'all just witnessed, let me remind everybody who Will Smith is."

Sometimes, people need a reminder of who you are and why you are so famous.

Fans on Twitter were especially amused by one line in particular.

"Rappers make it rain; if I throw my money up, s–t, I'd probably kill a stripper."

What has people's attention isn't an apparent joke about killing a sex worker.

Rather, people love the reference to Will's hard-earned wealth.

But it is one line in particular that has the attention of those who have heard rumors about his marriage.

"20 years of swag y'all just witnessed, stop the divorce rumors and mind your damn business,"

You know what? That is a very, very fair line.

Will and Jada have been married since December 31, 1997.

People born on that day are almost old enough to drink (legally).

In regular marriage years, that is a very long time to be married. In Hollywood years, they may as well have been married for centuries.

20 years of swag is right. Dang.

Fresh prince of bel air cast reunites

It's been a little more than a year since the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air cast reunion.

But that series was very early in Will's career.

Since then, how many blockbusters has he had? How many other films — like the gripping biopic, Concussion — has he poured his considerable talents into for the right reasons?

He has a lot of reason to brag.

His marriage to the gorgeous and talented Jada Pinkett Smith is just one of those.

Their entire family is a national treasure.

There are a lot of bad parents in the world, and that includes celebrities.

But Will and Jada just seem to get things right. It's no wonder that their children are so amazing and creative and such beautiful souls.

Recently, Willow Smith admitted to her mother that she had struggled with self-harm in the past.

Jada responded with calm and compassion. She's a role model for other parents out there who might overreact in a way that discourages their children from coming to them with other problems.

The freedom that Will and Jada have given their childen to be themselves has halped them to be extraordinary human beings.

It's no wonder that Will name-drops his wonderful family in "To the Clique."

Kevin Smith: Smoking Weed Saved My Life!

Back in February, Kevin Smith suffered a heart attack that nearly claimed his life.

Fortunately, the beloved filmmaker pulled through, and these days, he's up and about, and once again meeting the many demands of his still-thriving media empire.

Smith updated fans on his condition throughout his recovery, noting that he rapidly lost 17 pounds after switching to a mostly plant-based diet.

Yes, the man who created such characters as Bluntman & Chronic and who hosts a web series called Fatman on Batman might not seem like the most likely health guru, but Smith has been to the brink and turned things around.

And while he admits that some of his vices led to the slow deterioration of his health, there's one indulgence that may have literally saved his life.

Smith appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night, and he shared the tale of receiving some very surprising news from his physician.

It seems Smith was in New York to perform a stand-up set when the attack occurred, and his pre-show herbal relaxation ceremony wound up making the difference between life and death.

"I asked my doctor like after this was all done, I was like, 'I hate to ask this question, man, but did I have a heart attack because of the weed? Because I smoked a joint right before the show,'" Smith told the audience.

"No. In fact, quite the opposite," Smith recalled the doctor saying.

"That weed saved your life."

Yes, they're the words every stoner dreams of hearing.

And we think it's safe

"He said, you kept calm…they told you [you] were going through stuff and you kept calm the whole time, so that joint saved your life," Smith told said.

"I'm putting that on a T-shirt," the 47-year-old concluded.

We're guessing that's one item of merchandise that would prove very popular with Smith's fans.

Shepard Smith Isn't Letting Trump Off The Hook For Gun Control ReversalFox News host Shepard Smith called out President Donald Trump on Monday for backpedaling on his vow to reform gun control. After publicly stating earlier this month that the National Rifle Association had little power over him, the president tweeted Monday that the White House would support NRA-approved gun control measures, which include arming teachers and a limited expansion of background checks. Trump said there was not “much political support” for raising the age limit to purchase firearms from 18 to 21 years old.

“I went and found a couch and I laid down on the couch … and I couldn’t get comfortable, which is weird for me. I can get comfortable anywhere,” he recalled. “And then I started feeling pressure on my chest, but not like, you know, ‘There’s an elephant on my chest!’ I just couldn’t catch my breath. Honestly, I was never really in pain. … I never in a million years thought it was [a] heart attack.”

When Smith arrived at Glendale Adventist Medical Center, he faced another issue. “My biggest fear in life: Death, No. 1. No 2: People seeing my d–k,” he joked. “I’ve gone out of my way my whole life to not let my d–k be f–king seen. Never wanted to go to a hospital or a doctor for that very reason. Don’t want to be judged, obviously small.”

The Clerks producer’s doctor put in a stent after finding that his left anterior descending (LAD) artery was “100 percent blocked,” Smith said. “And bam, here I am. Dude literally saved my life.”

Smith then gave a shout-out to Chris Pratt, who sent his well wishes via Twitter. “Poor Chris Pratt, one of my favorite actors on the planet, f–king put up a nice tweet where he’s just like, ‘Hey, man, I don’t know you that much but I love Clerks and I’m praying for you,’” the comedian explained. “Apparently some people were like, ‘F–k your prayers’ and attacked him. … Please don’t fight over stuff like that. It’s a waste of time. Whether you’re religious or not, someone saying, ‘I’ll pray for you,’ it’s good intentions.”

Smith ended his Facebook Live session with an emotional message for his loved ones. “I didn’t want to die — don’t get me wrong — but I was like, ‘Well, if the ferryman comes tonight, I got to pay him,’” he said. “What a ride it’s been. What an incredible f–king ride.”
